Terms and Conditions

  • All goods remain the property of Classic Alfa Limited until paid in full.

  • Goods damaged in transit and shortages must be notified as soon as possible after delivery (no later than 7 days).

  • The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied goods.

  • Unwanted goods returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% handling charge.

  • No unwanted goods can be returned after 90 days.

  • In the event that you do need to return goods to us, please ensure a copy of your original invoice is included.

  • ‘Special Order’ parts may be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of the order being placed.

  • Returns are not possible on tools, electrical goods after fitting (unless found to be faulty) or ‘special order’ goods.

  • Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customers responsibility to check that parts are correct for their vehicle before fitting.
