Having owned this Alfa for 12years, its now time for the next project. Manufactured on the 27th May 1968 and sold on the 16th July 1968 to Alfa Romeo SA, Johannesburg, our car has always been a RHD model.
It was imported to the UK on the 1st April 1997, Just 3 former keepers recorded on the UK V5, current enthusiast ownership since December 2012. Previous owner acquired the vehicle in 2006.
At some point, the original engine was replaced with a 1971 2000cc unit which has been running fine on unleaded fuel.
Extensive restoration also carried out between 2013-2017, including floors, bodywork, & suspension.
This car drives very well without any rattles and loves the motorway.
