Used Alfetta 1800 cylinder head. Good condition. 111.3mm thick.

Used 1750 cylinder head. In good condition with only very light corrosion. 11.8mm thick. More photos upon request.

Used 1750 mk2 cylinder head. Dirty. Some corrosion to the mating surface, mainly around the coolant holes but very usable. 112mm thick so probably never reground. More photos upon request.
