Body shell
Car was built from a rust free accident free bare shell, found in Germany by me
Full roll cage made as a one off by Custom cages, WRC type stand mounts alloy doors, Perspex door and rear windows, sunken exterior fire and electrical pulls, drivers side floor pan altered to get the drivers seat lower and further back. 8 gallon alloy fuel tank in spare wheel well. Electric heater.
Suspension and steering,
Bilstein shocks. Full race springs. Uprated front roll bar and drop links, adjustable front top arms ( 3.5 deg. of camber). Polly bushed all round. Elongated steering arms, caged rebuilt steering box,
Engine
now fitted with fresh 2 litre race engine built by Dave Collins of TT and WSB fame. With 12mm cams fancy pistons etc. etc. lightweight front pulley and flywheel. 123 ignition 45 Webers, facet fuel pump ( aeroquipped ) Dynoed at 169 bhp
Exhaust
tubular manifold with side out exit
Cooling
oil cooler, alloy water radiator with electric fan.
Transmission
5 speed gearbox, rear axle built by Cloverleaf transmissions small casing modified to take big diff 5.3 diff uprated LSD. 2 litre half shafts
Brakes
Duel circuit, Front vented discs with 4 pot callipers, rear cross drilled discs with adjustable bias, hydraulic handbrake, no servos remote duel reservoirs ( aeroquipped ) Mintex race pads
Fia fire system in date full harness belt
So much more than I can think of at the moment thing the car is around 760 kg. 3 sets of wheels with Yokohama race tyres, large spares package.
