This is a 1900 Carello rear light unit, we believe this is new old stock, but the unit has been sitting unprotected on various shelfs for a number of years so is very scuffed, has some light corrosion on the chrome, missing the fitting nuts, brackets and rubber seal. There is also a couple of cracks in the top of the lens. This unit comes as seen in the photos.
