- All goods remain the property of Classic Alfa Limited until paid in full.
- Goods damaged in transit and shortages must be notified as soon as possible after delivery and in any case within 14 days.
- The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied goods.
- The customer must pay any duties requested by the local customs authorities in order to release the goods. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us or destroyed. Any return shipping, re-shipping or re-stocking costs will deducted from your refund.
- All goods are sold in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return a part more than 30 days from receipt, please contact us first as such returns are at our discretion and may be subject to a 10% handling charge.
- No unwanted goods can be returned after 90 days.
- In the event that you do need to return goods to us, please ensure a copy of your original invoice is included.
- ‘Special Order’ parts may be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of the order being placed.
- Returns are not possible on tools, electrical goods after fitting (unless found to be faulty) or ‘special order’ goods.
- We charge in GBP and refund in GBP. If you have paid using a non GBP credit card or Paypal account and request a refund, exchange rate differences between payment and refund may mean you don't get back exactly the same sum that you originally paid.
- Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customer's responsibility to check that parts are correct for their vehicle before fitting.
