We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable customers sales assistant to join our team. 

Your day-to-day tasks would include -

• taking customer orders over the telephone and email 
• helping customers choose the correct products for their model car 
• dealing with shipping enquires (quoting, tracking, customs clearance)

Skills that would benefit you in this role - 

• mechanical knowledge and hands on experience of working on cars (the older the better!)
• strong customer service experience, both face-to-face and over telephone 
• good IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, CRM databases) 

 

Location - Godstone, Surrey. Full time, office based. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30 pm. No weekends.
