Refund policy

  1. All goods remain the property of Classic Alfa Limited until paid in full.
  2. Goods damaged in transit and shortages must be notified as soon as possible after delivery and in any case within 14 days.
  3. The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied goods.
  4. The customer must pay any duties requested by the local customs authorities in order to release the goods. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us or destroyed. If this happens, any return and re-shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  5. You can return unused parts within 30 days of receipt for a refund. If you wish to return a part more than 30 days from receipt, please contact us first as such returns are at our discretion and may be subject to a 10% handling charge. Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return.
  6. ‘Special Order’ parts may be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of the order being placed.
  7. Returns are not possible on tools, electrical goods after fitting (unless found to be faulty) or ‘special order’ goods.
  8. Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customer's responsibility to check that parts are correct for their vehicle before fitting.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a refund. This does not apply to special order items that have been made to your specification.

To cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) whilst they are in your possession and they must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received.

Items should be packed in such a way as to protect them in transit (eg: using the original box and packaging materials). Please note: customers are required to meet the postal/carriage costs incurred in returning unwanted items, but will be fully refunded for the price of the goods themselves.
