Engine block strengthening plate & windage tray. Bolts to main bearing caps & sump mounts and improves torsional rigidity and reduces oil drag on the rotating crankshaft. 105 blocks with 140bhp+ can twist and cause bearing failure. This plate reduces twist & helps prevent oil starvation - for 2000 engines. Now made from stainless steel. To fit - First fit the bearing caps, then the original washers and nuts for the bearing caps. Then fit the windage tray with a slim M10x1 nut (6mm max. high). NOTE - the plate replaces the gasket so best to use a sealant around the edge.
