I am in Europe. Can I have very fast shipping?
If you need your order very fast, please email us for a quote for express shipping by air which can be as fast as 1-2 days to some European destinations.
Must I sign for my parcel?
Not necessarily. For many countries (including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia) DHL offers an On Demand Delivery service where, among other options, you can arrange to receive your parcel without a signature, at your own risk. You can take advantage of this by clicking on a link in your tracking email.

Although our staff have now returned to work we are still asking if, wherever possible, you place your order online. We will continue to dispatch orders daily and DHL are delivering as normal to nearly every country in the world and have continued to do so throughout the pandemic. Do you sell parts for the 916 or Alfasud?
Sorry, no, at the moment we don't stock parts for those models. However, we regularly add new models to our range so we may look at the 916 and Alfasud in future.
I wish to return a part to you. What should I do?
Please return it to us within 30 days of receipt and include the returns form which you can download below.
If you wish to return a part to us more than 30 days from receipt, please email as first (firstname.lastname@example.org) as such returns are at our discretion.
Why isn't my refund amount exactly the same as the amount I paid?
We charge in GBP and refund in GBP. If you have paid using a non GBP credit card or Paypal account and request a refund, exchange rate differences between payment and refund may mean you don't get back exactly the same sum that you originally paid.
What guarantee is there on your products?
We offer a money back guarantee against faulty manufacture on all our products if they are returned to us within one year.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, if the order value exceeds £200. Please select QUOTATION as a payment method at checkout and write a note in the COMMENTS box at checkout asking to pay by bank transfer. We will contact you with a quotation and our bank details. Please note that this is a much slower way of paying for an order than credit card or Paypal because we have to wait for the transfer to arrive before we can ship and this can take up to a week.
Can I pay in Euros/US Dollars/Aus Dollars?
Sorry, no. We always bill in GB Pounds. But almost all credit cards will allow you to pay in GBP. You can see the Euro/Dollar/AUD/JPY equivalent by using the currency function on our homepage.
Can I pay cash-on-delivery?
The website prices do not include VAT. VAT at 20% will be added at checkout.
We will not add UK tax to your order. Most orders under 800 USD in value will not attract US taxes upon import. If your order is over this value, you may pay US import duty and a handling charge.
We will not add UK tax to your order. If your order is under 1000 AUD in value, we will add Australian GST at 10% at checkout. You will not pay further taxes upon import.
If your order is over 1000 AUD or you have an ABN number, we will refund the GST before shipping for orders of any value but you may be charged taxes by Australian Customs upon import.

Incoterms: For non-business orders, your order will be sent DTP (delivered taxes paid) under DAP incoterms with you as the importer of record. Business orders (B2B) are sent with DAP incoterms with you as the importer of record.

We will not add UK tax to your order. You may be charged taxes by DHL upon import to your country.
