JUNIOR ZAGATO PARTS : EXHAUST

A useful kit containing all the items you would normally need to fit a standard exhaust onto a 105 Series car. See also EX036 for the metal plates and inserts for the rubber hangers.

Exhaust manifold nut to suit 101, 105, 116 and 75 engines, including V6. 8 fitted per cylinder head. These are a smaller outer diameter than the original which makes tightening easier as you have more access room around the nut.

Exhaust/inlet manifold stud 34mm to suit all 4 cylinder 101, 105, 116 and 75 engines, including TS. There are 8 on the exhaust side and 7 on the inlet side, of which three are longer and not currently available.   Please measure your existing inlet studs...

Copper exhaust manifold to downpipe gasket to suit all European specification exhaust systems on 105/115 and 106 series cars. Note some US specification cars have a different style 'one piece' gasket which we can get to special order. Please enquire in...

Copper cylinder head to exhaust manifold gasket to suit all 101 and 105 series engines plus 4 cylinder 116 models and 4 cylinder 75 engines (not TS).

Rubber hanger for the exhaust system on all 105/115 series cars. Normally two per car. Also fitted to 750, 101, 102 (2000) and 106 (2600) Series cars. Note. Metal plates and inserts for the rubber hangers are available under item code EX036.

Set of 2 metal plates and the insert for the bolt hole on the rubber exhaust hanger on all 105/115 series cars. Two sets are required for each hanger, usually 4 per car (2 rubber hangers). Also fitted to 750, 101, 102 (2000) and 106 (2600)...

Exhaust tailpipe o-ring for the joint between the centre and rear sections of the exhaust on cars which require a 68mm O ring.

Rear exhaust pipe section to suit all Kamm-Tail/Series 2 Spiders from 1970-83 with the correct 'down turned' style chrome tip. Also used on 1600 Junior Zagato.  Made in Italy by IMASAF - OE Quality steel exhaust systems since 1954!

Bush for the gearbox/exhaust hanger bracket that bolts to the gearbox or transaxle on 105, 116 and 75 models. 2 required per car on 105 models and 1 per car on 116 and 75 models.

Front exhaust section to suit 1600 Roundtail Spiders, Giulia Sedans and Sprint GT/GTVs/GTCs and GT Juniors (and Junior Zagatos) both left hand drive with standing pedals and right hand drive up to 1971. Note that these pipes need to be cut down/shortened...

Middle exhaust section to suit all LHD & RHD Roundtail Spiders to 1971 with standing pedals. Will also fit Junior Zagatos of the same age range. Made in Italy by IMASAF - OE Quality steel exhaust systems since 1954!

Exhaust clamp to suit all standard sized (54mm) 750, 101 and 105 series exhaust systems. Usually one clamp per car, located on the join between the front and middle exhaust sections.
